The Olympic Solidarity Course on Sports Administration in 2026, which held at the Hun Sen Takhmao High School from February 23 to 26, has concluded with 10 participants out of 24 participants receiving grades A, 11 participants received grades B, 2 participants received grades C, and one participant received grade D.

In the closing ceremony of the course on Thursday morning, February 26, was presided over by H.E. Noy Phana, Permanent Advisor to the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia, and high representing His Excellency the Secretary General Vath Chamroeun, Mr. Cheng Sam Ol, Director of the Department of Education, Youth and Sports of Kandal Province, and Mr. Em Hieng, Permanent Advisor to the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia.
This studying course is an annual program of the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia and with the approval in principle of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, under the financial support of the International Olympic Solidarity Organization. In this regard, the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia has collaborated with the Department of Education, Youth and Sports of Kandal Province to organize the Olympic Solidarity Course on Sports Administration in 2026 for sports leaders, coaches and physical education and sports teachers who are currently working in sports at the Department of Education, Youth and Sports and at various educational institutions in the province.

There are 24 participants who participated in this course, including 8 women who are physical education and sports teachers and sports officials who have worked in the Department of Education, Youth and Sports in Kandal Province.
Mr. Cheng Sam Ol, Director of the Department of Education, Youth and Sports, considered the number of participants who were able to complete the course in grade A, a total of 10 participants as an excellent result and expected that all sports officials and teachers would be able to perform their jobs more smoothly after receiving important knowledge shared by the trainers over the past 4 days.

H.E. Noy Phana, who is also the instructor of this course, said that this course taught many important lessons, such as the history of the International Olympic Committee and the leadership style of international sports organizations, which help sports leaders could bring it to implement and use in sports management. At the same time, the participants also gained knowledge in good governance, medicine and fair play, as well as event organization and competition formulas. H.E. Noy Phana highly appreciated this important course.
