The vision of the Olympic Movement is to build a more beautiful and peaceful world through sports.

His Excellency, the instructor, explained that: "Since the ancient Olympic movement in the Greek Empire, it required all states that were at war or have been fighting each other had to organize a one-month ceasefire to let athletes could participate safely and peacefully. The values of the ceasefire and the ancient Olympic values have been implemented to the present day, both In the Olympic Games, Asian Games and SEA Games, these values have always been accepted and implemented. In fact, when Cambodia hosted the 2023 SEA Games, there was also the motto: "Sports Live in Peace."

However, H.E. Buy Sophoan expressed his regret that Thailand, the host of the 2025 SEA Games, did not respect the vision of the Olympic movement by invading Cambodia.
