WT Taekwondo Event
“HOPE League Taekwondo Competition” The Best of The Best is organized by the
Cambodia Taekwondo Federation and the Cambodian Taekwondo Academy with the aim
of refining young athletes’ resources to prepare for the 2029 Asian Youth
Games, which Cambodia will host. This was announced by Mr. Choi Yongsuk, coach
of the Cambodia WT Taekwondo National Team.
This event
will take place at the National Olympic Stadium on Saturday, October 11, 2025,
but before the final day, only 44 young people from 5 capitals and provinces
have qualified. For the competition, there are martial arts performance
discipline and combat discipline and athletes between the ages of 8 and 17.
The WT
Taekwondo Event “the Best of the Best” was established in 2015 as an annual
competition, but for 2025, the focus is on refining resources in preparation
for 2029.
