Both male athletes Sor Sophanut, Sao Sopheara and female player Kong Mona Jessica have shown the same high commitment to participate the 2025 SEA Games in Thailand.
Mona Jessica, who will compete in the performance category, said that she is ready to participate in the major sporting event of Southeast Asia and that the tense conflict will not affect her determination because this is a sporting competition.

Not different from female athlete Kong Mona Jessica, Sao Sopheara and Sor Sophanut, who compete in the combat category, claim to do all their best and compete according to their techniques.
Meanwhile, Mr. Sam Oun Bormy, Secretary General of the Cambodia Jiu-Jitsu Federation, said that the federation has been preparing for its athletes since after ended the 2023 SEA Games, with training and competing abroad many times. He said that the goal of competing in the upcoming SEA Games is to win medals.

For participating in the 2025 SEA Games in Thailand, the Cambodia Jiu-Jitsu Federation has sent 11 athletes in both combat and performance disciplines.
