Mr. Emmanuel Dias, Vice President of Cambodia Judo Federation, proposed and wants the Federation to focus on four major points in the new mandate (2026/2030):
"First, the program I have proposed will focus on the following key pillars:
Strengthen the basic structure of the Cambodia Judo Federation and expand the national judo player base to ensure sustainable growth.

Second, expand participating opportunities by opening and developing more judo classes and clubs throughout the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Third, promote the developing system of high-level players and national teams by showing the support to competitions.
Fourth, strengthen the communication and promotion of Federation to boost the local judo and raise the Federation's profile on the international stage."

In addition, on behalf of the Vice President, Emmanuel Dias is strongly committed to promoting judo as a means of enhancing personal capabilities and strength, especially in helping women become more independent and self-confident through the practice of judo.

Mr. Emmanuel also mentioned that, the Cambodia Judo Federation is preparing for major upcoming events such as:
2026: the events of Asian University Games (in Malaysia, August) and Asian Games (in Japan, September)
2027: the events of Sea Games (in Malaysia) and World University Games (in the Republic of Korea)
2028 and 2029 are preparing to host the two major international events, including the 2028 South East Asia University Games and the 2029 Asian Para Youth Games.

It should be noted that, the Cambodia Judo Federation held the general assembly on Friday morning, January 16, 2026, with the participation as Presidency of H.E. Tem Meun, Deputy Secretary General of the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia, representing H.E. Secretary General Vath Chamroeun, to end the old mandate 2021-2025 and continue the new mandate 2026-2030. In this, H.E. Heng Ly received the vote of support to be the president of the Cambodia Judo Federation for this new mandate.
